Tasting Note
Pale gold with fine mousse. Aromas of green apple, white flowers and coconut. Palate shows pear, guava, peach, subtle brioche and minerality, bright acidity and a crisp, dry finish.

Western: oysters, scallops, sashimi-style carpaccio, grilled sea bass, light cheeses; Asian: sashimi/sushi, tempura, delicate dim sum, chilled seafood salads.

Production Method
Méthode traditionnelle (bottle secondary fermentation). Multi‑vintage 100% Chardonnay blend, aged on lees, disgorged and finished with a dosage ~8 g/L.
