Tasting Note
Bright black-cherry and red-berry fruit with baking spice, hints of forest floor and iron; silky mid-palate, fine tannins, fresh acidity and a lingering, savory finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested Pinot Noir; destemmed fermentation with indigenous yeasts; aged 14–18 months in oak (≈20–25% new); unfined/unfiltered.
