Tasting Note
Red and black cherry, cranberry, subtle earthy forest-floor and spice (clove, cinnamon). Medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins, bright acidity and a saline, lingering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed parcels; native-yeast fermentation, partial whole-bunch use, aged 14–18 months in French oak (approx. 15% new).
