Full-bodied, concentrated black fruits (blackberry, raspberry), cherries, eucalyptus and mint, vanilla, chocolate and pepper with firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Varieties fermented separately, aged ~24 months in French oak barrels, then blended; further bottle aging to integrate the wine.
