Tasting Note
Rich, concentrated dark-fruited red with blackberry, plum and violet, layered with Mediterranean herbs, spice, dark chocolate, coffee and licorice. Full-bodied with velvety yet firm tannins and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Roasted lamb, braised beef, game (wild boar), aged Pecorino and other hard cheeses; grilled steak, mushroom risotto. Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), spicy Sichuan beef, miso-glazed aubergine.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; controlled fermentation in stainless steel with 16–18 day maceration and delestage; malolactic fermentation; aged 18–24 months in new French oak barriques, followed by bottle aging.

Argiolas is a family-owned Sardinian estate (founded by Antonio Argiolas) farming low-yield vines around Selegas. Turriga is the estate flagship, co-developed with Giacomo Tachis, made to showcase native varieties and local terroir.
