Tasting Note

Intense ruby colour; complex bouquet of dark berries, Mediterranean herbs, cocoa and coffee. Full-bodied, rich fruit, firm ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted red meats, game (wild boar, venison), aged pecorino, beef stew. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi, galbi), char siu or roasted duck, spicy Sichuan beef, grilled lamb skewers.


Production Method

Blend of native Sardinian grapes, extended maceration, aged 18–24 months in new French oak barriques then 12–14 months in bottle.
