Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow with fine perlage. Aromas of white flowers, nectarine, pear and citrus with Mediterranean herb hints. Fresh, saline, elegant and persistent on the palate (acidity ~6.3 g/l).

Production Method
Primary fermentation in stainless steel; secondary fermentation by Charmat/Martinotti (pressure tanks), short lees ageing (rests on yeasts into spring). Vinified at controlled low temperatures.
