Tasting Note
Intense ruby red with aromas of cherry, plum, violet and warm spice. Juicy and round on the palate, bright acidity, low tannins and a slightly sweet, fruity finish typical of Monica.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Monica with small additions of Carignano and Bovale; 8–10 day maceration and fermentation at ~27–28°C in steel, matured in concrete and neutral French oak, brief bottle refinement.
