Tasting Note
Bright straw with green highlights. Aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers and almond. Crisp, saline and lively palate with melon and stone-fruit notes, vibrant acidity and a clean, savory finish.

Production Method
Grapes are harvested (includes chilled/dry-ice picking in Project Vinex), soft-pressed, fermented in stainless steel at 16–17°C for 15–20 days and aged briefly in steel before bottling; low-intervention sulfite management.
