Tasting Note
Bright straw with green tinge; intense citrus, white flowers, herbs and stone-fruit notes. Fresh, saline and lively palate with crisp acidity, mineral backbone and a clean, pleasantly lingering finish.

Production Method
Experimental chilled harvest (dry‑ice) to preserve aromas, soft pressing and natural decantation in oxygen‑free conditions. Cool fermentation (16–17°C) in stainless steel for 15–20 days; short bottle rest before release.
