Tasting Note
Colourless; elegant, ethereal floral and fruity nose. Soft, warm and velvety on the palate with persistent fruit, almond and light spice notes; smooth, long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, amaretti, dried fruits, aged pecorino, blue cheese, braised game or beef. Asian: Peking duck, Chinese red-braised pork (hong shao rou), char siu, grilled wagyu/teriyaki beef; also as a digestif after rich meals.

Production Method
Distilled from the pomace of Turriga grapes using slow bain-marie (water-bath) pot-still distillation; rested, low-temperature filtered and bottled.
