Fresh lemon and citrus zest with green pear and white stone fruit, herbal pine and mint notes, saline minerality, textured mid-palate and lively, lingering citrus finish.

Production Method
Hand-selected grapes; very light pressing (first press only), cool settling, stainless-steel fermentation at 16–18°C for ~20 days, brief ageing on fine lees and short bottle refinement.
