Tasting Note
Fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white peach with floral and herbal hints (jasmine, pine/mint), saline minerality and almond skin. Bright acidity, medium body and a sapid, slightly textural finish.

Production Method
100% Vermentino. Gentle pressing and cooling, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel (16–18°C) for ~20–30 days, brief aging on fine lees in steel, bottled after short rest.
