Tasting Note
Intensely peaty and smoky with tar, creosote and dark chocolate; black pepper, sappy pine resin and savory bacon; brighter top notes of pear, vanilla, aniseed and citrus, finishing long, salty and cocoa-tinged.

Western: smoked brisket, barbecued ribs, grilled steak, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, miso‑glazed eggplant, grilled mackerel (saba), smoked salmon sushi.

Production Method
Peated malt spirit distilled and matured 5 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and Oloroso (sherry) casks; bottled at 47.4% ABV, non-chill-filtered and natural colour. Peated malt sourced via Port Ellen maltings (~55ppm).
