Western: smoked/grilled meats, roast lamb, blue cheese, dark chocolate desserts, coffee-based desserts. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, grilled mackerel (saba), sushi (oily fish), Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan dishes.
Production Method
Heavily peated malt (~50 ppm) from Port Ellen; double copper pot distillation using Loch Uigeadail water. Matured ~25 years in selected oak casks (predominantly ex-bourbon/refill), non‑chill filtered, bottled at 46% ABV.
