Tasting Note
Pronounced Islay peat and smoke layered with baked banana bread, tropical fruit, lime zest, treacle, cedar and menthol; long smoky finish with camphor and clove notes.

Western: grilled oysters, smoked salmon, roast beef, mature cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, Korean BBQ, Chinese char siu, spicy Thai grilled prawns.

Production Method
14 years maturation in a marriage of ex-bourbon and sweet Madeira wine casks; bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour, non-chill-filtered.
