Tasting Note
Explosive peat smoke with bright lemon/lime citrus, sea-spray brine, black pepper and menthol; layered with vanilla, espresso, liquorice and toasted almond—long, tarry, smoky finish.

Production Method
100% malted barley dried over peat; pot-distilled; matured ~10 years primarily in ex-bourbon oak casks; bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered.
