Tasting Note

Bright garnet with black- and red-fruit core, notes of black pepper, roasted red pepper, tea leaf, rosemary, damp earth and dark chocolate. Silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested, double-sorted, stainless-steel fermentation with 15–25 days maceration; matured ~14 months in French oak (≈25% new).
