Tasting Note
Bright orange citrus and bitter-sweet orange peel, gentle herbal gentian notes, light effervescence, soft sweetness and a crisp, slightly bitter finish. Very refreshing and easy-drinking.

Food Pairing
Western: prosciutto and melon, charcuterie, bruschetta, grilled shrimp, light salads. Asian: sushi and sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes, yakitori.

Production Method
Pre-mixed ready-to-serve blend of Aperol liqueur, Prosecco (Glera) and soda water, lightly carbonated and bottled for retail distribution.

Aperol was created in Padua in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers; the brand is now owned by the Campari Group and produces both the Aperol liqueur and ready-to-serve Aperol Spritz products.
