Tasting Note
Bright ripe plum and blackberry, candied orange peel, violet florals, baking spice, tobacco and licorice; supple, vibrant tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Western: roast lamb, bistecca alla fiorentina, braised beef, aged pecorino/parmesan, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ short ribs, spicy Sichuan beef, miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Estate fruit fermented in conical tanks with skin maceration; malolactic in small oak; aged ~15 months in French and some Hungarian barriques (predominantly new), followed by bottle ageing.

Produced exclusively from the Tignanello estate (Tenuta Tignanello) owned by Marchesi Antinori; historic estate with limestone-rich soils and vines at 350–400m altitude. Antinori family winemaking since 1385.
