Tasting Note
Bright citrus (grapefruit, lemon), orange blossom and mineral notes with discreet oak and a creamy, saline mid-palate. Fresh, lively acidity and a long, citrus-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Alvarinho from south-facing granitic slopes. Soft pressing; fermentation and 6 months ageing in 225L French oak barrels with bâtonnage on full lees to add texture and complexity.
