Tasting Note
Intense golden Chardonnay with citrus and white‑peach fruit, chalky minerality and subtle vanilla. Unctuous entry, creamy texture, bright natural acidity and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster, creamy pasta, beurre blanc fish, mild cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, miso‑glazed fish, Thai coconut or lemongrass dishes, lightly spiced stir‑fries.
Production Method
Whole‑cluster pressing; fermented at low temperatures (≤20°C) in French oak (500L) with selected/natural yeasts; aged 14 months in French oak (40% new); partial malolactic and lees work for texture.
