Tasting Note
Deep ruby; aromas of ripe cherry, plum, blackcurrant, clove and thyme with hints of roasted olive, paprika and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, structured with fresh vertical yet rounded tannins and a long finish showing toast and vanilla.
