Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis and ripe red currants with vanilla, black pepper, clove and eucalyptus; medium-full palate, juicy dark fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, umami mushroom stir-fries.

Production Method
Fermented (max ~30°C) with ~30 days maceration; aged 18 months in French oak (50% new). Single-varietal Cabernet Franc from high-altitude Mendoza parcels.
