Tasting Note

Bright, zesty Sauvignon Blanc: citrus, green apple, box tree, mint and wildflowers with guava/mango hints, pronounced flinty minerality and piercing acidity. Crisp, precise, refreshing finish.

Production Method

Organically farmed on limestone and silex soils; hand/limited machine harvest, stainless-fermented, six months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage; minimal SO2 and focus on varietal purity.
