Tasting Note
Aromatic sauvignon with guava and citrus notes, floral hints and saline-mineral undercurrent. Crisp, fresh acidity with a clean, medium-length finish and expressive fruit concentration.

Western: fresh oysters, grilled sea bass, goat cheese, ceviche, grilled prawns. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Organic viticulture (ECOCERT), manual harvest; short cold skin contact under CO2, fermentation at low temperature, 6 months ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
Vineyard Info
Founded by Frédéric Brochet in 1995; now run with the Meuli family. Estate works biodynamically/organically across parcels around Marigny-Brizay (c.90 ha), Marigny-Neuf cuvée from younger, organically farmed vines.
