Tasting Note
Aromatic red cherry, raspberry and rose petal with sous-bois, black tea and chalky minerality. Silky, medium-bodied palate with refined, textured tannins and a saline, long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; partial whole-cluster ferment (20–50%) in open-top vats with cold maceration; aged ~12 months in French oak (15–20% new); natural malolactic fermentation.
