Tasting Note
Deep cherry-red with concentrated black and red fruit, toasted oak, coffee, toffee and mineral notes. Full-bodied, meaty and fresh with ripe, sweet-leaning tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested selection from old-vine Garnacha; small-batch fermentation, gentle basket pressing; matured ~24 months in new French and American oak barrels.

Bodegas Alto Moncayo (founded 2002) produces single-varietal Garnacha from 40–100 year-old vines on Moncayo foothills; project led by Chris Ringland with partners including Jorge Ordóñez.
