Tasting Note
Powerful, ripe black-fruit core (black cherry, plum) with baking spices, cocoa, licorice and toasted oak. Full-bodied, rich and silky with firm chalky tannins and a long, warm finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Garnacha; selected grapes, stainless-steel fermentation with cold pre-maceration, malolactic fermentation, aged ~20 months in new French and American oak barrels.
