Tasting Note
Intense garnet colour, floral and ripe red fruits (cherry, plum), spice, garrigue and smoke. Fresh, focused fruit with balanced acidity, supple tannins and an elegant, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast pork, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, teriyaki chicken, char siu, Sichuan-style beef, bibimbap with beef.

Production Method
100% organically grown grapes; hand-harvested and sorted, fermented in stainless steel with temperature control (c.25–26°C) and prolonged maceration; partial ageing in French and American oak; minimal-intervention winemaking.
