Tasting Note
Pale straw colour with wildflower and citrus aromas, green apple and tropical-fruit notes. Crisp acidity, medium body, light mineral edge and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled fish (sea bass), shellfish, light pasta, salads, goat or feta cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, seafood stir-fries, Vietnamese spring rolls, milder Thai fish dishes.
