Tasting Note

Bright black cherry and plum with violet, black pepper, licorice and a touch of vanilla; lively acidity, juicy mid-palate and soft, silky tannins, finishing long and savory.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Barbera; stainless-steel fermentation (24–26°C) with 8–10 days maceration; a few months aging in large oak casks/wood before bottling.
