Tasting Note
Purple hue with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, violets, black pepper, bacon and graphite; dry, juicy palate, bright acidity, fine silky tannins and a long, mineral, granite-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 100% whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts; 2–3 day pre-fermentation maceration, foot-trod in stone lagares; aged 21–22 months in 2,500 L foudres.
