Production Method
Hand‑harvested Garnacha; 100% whole‑cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast in truncated concrete tanks (30‑day maceration) and 18 months ageing in a 1,600 L concrete egg.

Viñedos de Alcohuaz is a high‑altitude (≈1,650–2,206 m) mountain project in the Elqui Valley, founded and run by the Flaño family; vineyards on sandy, decomposed‑granite soils produce small, concentrated yields.
