Tasting Note
Bright green apple, lemon and white peach with stony minerality, subtle toasted oak and brioche. Crisp acidity, medium body and a focused, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Puligny vines; inoculated fermentation; aged ~12 months in French oak (small % new, 228L and 400L), minimal bâtonnage and gentle lees contact.

Alain Chavy established his domaine in 2003 after a family split; Chavy family has long roots in Puligny. He farms roughly 7 hectares (~17 acres) focused on mineral-driven Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay.
