Bone-dry, racy Clare Valley riesling: lime, lemon, green apple, white florals, wet slate and aniseed, saline/chalky minerality, precise high acidity, light body and a long, quinine-laced finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed/crushed and pressed. Free-run juice settled and cool-fermented to dryness in stainless steel; minimal intervention and no new oak.
