Tasting Note
Clean, wheat-driven nose with faint dried-fruit. Smooth, medium-light palate, subtle peppery warmth and a clean, neutral short finish.

Food Pairing
Oysters, smoked salmon, cured fish, beef tartare, creamy cheeses (western); sushi/sashimi, tempura, dumplings, cold banchan, spicy Thai or Sichuan dishes (Asian).

Production Method
Continuous column distillation from Swedish winter wheat; blended with deep-well Åhus water and filtered, bottled at 40% ABV.
