Tasting Note
Rich, sherried and fruity: honey, red apple and pear, orange peel, toffee, dark chocolate and baking spice with soft oak and warm cinnamon on the finish.

Production Method
Pot-distilled from 100% malted barley; double-cask maturation for 12 years in ex-bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, then married and bottled at 40% ABV.
