Tasting Note
Rich, sherried and fruity: honey, red apple and pear, orange peel, toffee, dark chocolate and baking spice with soft oak and warm cinnamon on the finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, roasted nuts, mature cheddar, roast pork, grilled lamb, BBQ ribs. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, yakitori, spicy Thai beef salad, kimchi-spiced dishes.

Production Method
Pot-distilled from 100% malted barley; double-cask maturation for 12 years in ex-bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, then married and bottled at 40% ABV.

Aberlour Distillery, founded 1879 by James Fleming in Aberlour, Speyside. Known for sherry-cask influence and water from St Drostan’s Well; core single-malt range includes the 12yo double-cask expression.
