Tasting Note
Rich amber colour; nose of apricot, orange, butterscotch, vanilla, toasted oak, leather and walnut. Palate is velvety with violet, strawberry, pecan, maple and gentle sweet spices, finishing long and herbaceous.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, aged cheeses, foie gras, roasted/grilled red meats, nuts and dried-fruit desserts. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), spiced mooncakes, Cantonese roast meats, dried fruit and nut-based sweets.

Production Method
Blend of ~30 eaux-de-vie (Ugni Blanc), double-distilled in Charentais pot stills and matured in Limousin oak for around 10+ years before final blending.
