Tasting Note
Light amber; elegant nose of dried apricot, vine flower and jasmine. Palate is round, fatty and persistent with delicate spices, vanilla and ripe orchard fruit.

Western: dark chocolate, crème brûlée, foie gras, roasted duck, apple tart. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, coconut curry, spiced nuts.
Production Method
Double distillation in charentais copper pot stills; blended from Grande & Petite Champagne eaux‑de‑vie; aged more than four years in Limousin oak casks.

Maison Tesseron, family-owned since 1905; known for Fine Champagne cognacs and aged cellar stocks. Composition was created by Alfred and Noé Tesseron with master blender Romain Martial.
