Tasting Note
Ripe white peach, citrus zest and toasted hazelnut with chalky minerality; creamy mid‑palate, balanced oak and bright acidity, finishing long and saline. (Meursault character).

Food Pairing
Western: roasted chicken with beurre blanc, grilled lobster, seared scallops, creamy mushroom pasta, soft cheeses. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty tuna), chicken katsu with lemon, mild Thai green curry.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; pneumatic press, indigenous yeast fermentation in oak with moderate new oak; élevage ~10–12 months, minimal intervention and light fining.
