Tasting Note
Chalky, iodine-tinged Riesling with lime, lemon, white stone fruit, saline minerality, fine phenolic grip, vibrant crystalline acidity and a very long, precise finish.

Seared scallops, lobster or crab; roast chicken or pork; foie gras or white truffle risotto; sushi/sashimi, tempura, grilled fish with soy-ginger or milder Thai dishes.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture (Respekt-BIODYN); 100% hand-harvested; spontaneous fermentation on native yeasts; aged on fine lees in large wooden barrels/foudres; bottled as VDP.Grosses Gewächs (dry).
