Tasting Note

Elegant, medium-bodied Pinot with sour cherry, raspberry and plum, floral and undergrowth notes, subtle spice and toasted oak. Juicy, fine velvety tannins, moderate acidity and a balanced, persistent finish.

Roast duck, mushroom risotto, milder venison or lamb, roasted pork, beef carpaccio; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, teriyaki pork/chicken, soy-miso braised short ribs, shiitake-soba or mushroom stir-fries.


Production Method

Biodynamic farming; hand-harvested; spontaneous fermentation with 20–30% whole clusters; matured 16–18 months in barriques (≈20% new oak); bottled April 2024.
