Bright citrus (grapefruit, lemon peel) and stone-fruit aromas with floral and herbal notes, racy minerality, vivid acidity, saline precision, medium-bodied and focused with a long stony finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested from classified sites; spontaneous fermentation (≈2/3) partly in large old wooden barrels; matured in used large oak and bottled in spring.
