Tasting Note

Delicate, light-bodied Koshu with pale citrus, yuzu and white-peach notes, wet-stone minerality and a subtle saline note; crisp acidity and a light, slightly bitter finish.


Food Pairing

Western: oysters, ceviche, light grilled white fish, lemon-herb pasta, soft goat cheese. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, steamed Chinese-style fish, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai/seafood dishes, yakitori (white meat).
