Tasting Note
Delicate white peach and stone-fruit with cashew/almond notes, saline minerality and gentle lees texture. Bright acidity, medium body and a clean, savoury finish.

Production Method
Primarily stainless-steel fermentation with approx. 10% matured in old oak barrels (about 1 year) and lees contact to add texture; minimal intervention.
